- Status Report of the NGO.
- Copy of the Constitution of the NGO.
- Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN) Registration Printout.
- Bank Verification Number (BVN) of all trustees of the NGO.
- Valid means of Idenfication of Trustees.
- The NGO's letterhead.
- Bank details of at least 1 Trustee of the NGO.
